This full-time Digital Marketing Executive role offers a salary of £40,000-£50,000 and excellent benefits, including flexible working arrangements.

In this Senior Digital Marketing Executive job, you will create and manage impactful marketing campaigns predominantly across search, display, email and social. Utilising performance marketing best practices, you will also manage performance and efficiency with agency support to encourage success for the business. In addition, you will have full ownership of coordinating creative production across all channels, planning media and reporting on performance.

In your first few weeks as a flexible Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you can expect to:

• Be a commissioner for the overall digital marketing landscape, vision and ongoing objectives to help shape a demand generation strategy for the company
• Be responsible for the growth of new customers by encouraging quality traffic to company websites from all digital channels
• Develop and implement new customer acquisition strategies, responding to the acquisition targets of the business
• Be the business expert in the conversion funnel, constantly searching for and delivering UX and UI improvements to aid higher conversion rates

To succeed in this digital marketing role, you must be of graduate calibre with an educational background in marketing, business or an analytical-based subject. You will also need a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing position within a B2B environment. In addition, you should have a solid understanding of digital marketing tracking and measurement. The ability to build creative and innovative campaigns that generate results is also essential.
