A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Proposals Administrator to join a successful and dynamic team and business.

The Role
We are looking for a sales and proposals administrator to join our growing team within our fast-paced industry. The candidate should be self-motivated, adaptable and willing to learn with the following skill set:-

Organised, enthusiastic and with strong communication skills
Autonomous and independent, able to multitask and deal with confidential information
Prepared to work hard and work under pressure
Team player that is proactive, flexible, eager to learn and go the extra mile
Confident dealing with customers over the telephone
A minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C or above
Excellent communication skills and computer literate
A good sales background
Some Industry experience would be an advantage

o You will be expected to learn and understand the full Air Heater product range including the international certification.
o To understand and work with our internal proposal design sheet calculations and costing sheet.
o Compile quotations and review customer specifications and requirements.
o Resolve technical queries with customers.
o Manage and assist with marketing campaigns, preparing for exhibitions and other activities
o Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request
o Assist with annual price list, transportation and packing costs for UK and EU distributors
o Responsible for vendor forms and setting up new customer accounts
o Assist the Sales team with creating and maintaining product and application experience lists
o Run reports from in-house database system to follow up live quotations (by telephone and email) to map projects
o Review customers purchase orders, T&C’s and payment terms prior to acceptance.
o Preparing and emailing any documentation requirements to customers
o Assisting the Business Development Manager with various reports and taking minutes in the sales meetings

Expected salary: £25000 per year
