An exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk is available at a modern, progressive company. Applicants should have experience with purchase ledger duties and managing all associated queries and administration, though some training will be provided as well as ongoing support and encouragement from a dynamic team.
Full time, permanent, office based
To assist a highly efficient accounts team with all aspects of purchase ledger
Manage all account related queries and administration
Deal with reconciliations and ad hoc accounting duties
Daily use of Sage and Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience of purchase ledger is required though some training will be provided
Ability to remain accurate and organised whilst working towards deadlines
Willingness to assist colleagues within the accounts dept during busy periods.
Confidence when managing account queries and liaising with suppliers
Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial but not essential
