A great and exciting opportunity has just come available for a PA and Admin Support providing support to the Managing Director/Senior Management Team and the Board. The organisation are a leading care provider of support to adults with learning disabilities.

My client is well established within the care sector and is looking for an experienced PA and Admin Support who is used to supporting in a busy environment. The position will be on a hybrid basis where you will be home based but will need to travel to the following counties Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

  • Salary – £21,482 – £25,273
  • Hours – 39 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Area – Located from home but will need to cover when required meetings in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire
  • This is a permanent full-time position

Responsibilities – PA and Admin Support Remote

  • To assist Managing Director/Board/Senior Management Team
  • Taking minutes
  • Manage the cycle of Operational meetings
  • Liaising with colleagues to review and follow up actions
  • Data collection and reporting
  • Coordinating and supporting projects

Skills required – PA and Admin Support Remote

  • You will need previous PA experience(Essential)
  • Knowledge or an interest in the care sector
  • You will need previous experience of working in a fast paced office environment
  • You must have excellent telephone/interpersonal networking skills
  • You will need to be confident, calm and be able to prioritise work loads
  • You must have ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, either on your own initiative and/or as part of a team
  • Full driving licence
  • Be able to travel throughout Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire
