Role purpose

You will undertake on-site supervision of Modular Building Projects in line with the requirements of the Project Manager.

Key roles will be the supervision of installing and decommissioning of modular accommodation on Balfour Beatty and BBJV projects

What you’ll be doing

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Supervise subcontract workforce on site
• Deliver effective task and safety briefings
• Implement risk assessments and method statements
• Report any observed unsafe acts or near misses
• Ensure personal safety, safety of other personnel and members of the public at all times
• Stay up to date with relevant regulatory codes and standards
• Check and report on quality of modular building products and installations

Who we’re looking for

To join us in this role, you must demonstrate/obtain the following:

• CSCS Supervisor / Managers card
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Previous supervisor or managerial experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Willing to work away from home, with overnight stays included
