A Prestigious Hotel Group based in Kings Cross are looking for personable, switched-on front of house staff to join their team this summer! Training will be provided, and for the right candidate there is scope for this to become a permanent role.

Term: 2 months

Rate: £12-£13 per hour

The Role:

– Answering phone calls & operating the central switchboard

– Assisting guests at check in & check out

– Handling customer queries & requests

– Logging bookings & requests using the internal system

– Taking payments

The Candidate:

– Highly personable, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service

– At least 1 years’ experience within a front of house/reception role

– Experience using Opera

– Exemplary written & verbal communication

– Team Player
