Job description: Are you an experienced corporate associate / senior associate looking to take the next step in your career?
AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with a leading international law firm with strong expertise in the energy, transport and real estate sectors.
The Corporate team provide transactional and advisory support to its clients across their three sector specialisms as well as advising client from additional sectors such as hospitality.
The range of matters the team deals with is broad and includes domestic and international M&A, private equity, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, corporate finance and strategic projects.
Seeking to grow, the team are accepting applications from experienced associates and senior associates, with at least 4 years post-qualification experience.
The role will suit individuals with experience practising within a well-regarded City or leading regional practice, and the team will consider individuals qualified in foreign jurisdictions such as Australia, South Africa and Canada.
The team is incredibly supportive of associates developing their own specialisms as they become more senior but do offer exposure to a good variety of work. Business development and secondment opportunities are available to all, as is tailored career development programmes.
