Are you an MRICS qualified surveyor with working knowledge of architetural and planning practices for both commercial and residential buildings? Are you looking for a challenging career path where you will enhance your skills by working on a wide range of projects?

Our client is looking for a chartered building surveyor who is able to display;

-Experience in defect diagnosis and report writing

-Experience with insurance repair projects

-The ability to work to deadlines and within budgets on large scale projects

-Extensive working knowledge of consulting engineering,surveying, architechtural and planning practices, coupled with an awareness of latest requirements and guidelines

This is a 37.5 hours permanent position, offering an experience based salary and company pension scheme.

All salaries are also subject to regular appraisals and annual bonuses.
