- Salary: £9.50-£10.00
- 37.5 hours per week
- You will Responsible for providing assistance to the HR Consultant to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the HR function is developed and maintained.
- To provide efficient and accurate administrative support across all areas of the HR function.
- Support the HR Consultant, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Support with the implementation and maintenance of administrative systems to ensure consistency across all surgeries as required.
- Support the Human Resources Consultant with generalist HR and day to day operational HR duties for the organisation.
- Previous experience in a HR function
- Experience working in the public sector within a similar environment could be advantageous
- Excellent organisation skills
- Superb communication skills
- Knowledge of HR practices
- CIPD – desirable
- Build relationships across the organisation with all level of staff.
- Provide support across the employee life cycle and ensure the HR department is providing an excellent service to the organisation.
