Job description: My client is a Top 10 Uk Law Firm and ranked in the global top 100 and boasts one of the best Real Estate offerings on the south coast.

This role will see you take on a wide variety of commercial property transactions to include commercial landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, and general commercial property advice. Responsible for your own caseload you can expect good client contact here and the opportunity to build your own relationships.

The successful candidate will:

– Be a qualified solicitor

– Have a minimum of 2PQE

– Have proven experience working in Real Estate

This is based within the team in Southampton, although you will be working as part of the wider real estate team, which has National and International offices.
