We want Surrey to be a great place to live, work and learn; a place that capitalises on its location and natural assets, where everyone has a great start in life, people live healthy and fulfilling lives, are enabled to achieve their full potential, contribute to their community and where no one is left behind.

The Land and Property Team at Surrey County Council is continuing to transform its property portfolio property in line with its Asset and Place Strategy, which sets out the Council’s approach to the strategic management of its assets, how it will support service delivery, provide the Council income, promote growth and place shaping within Surrey, and deliver Surrey’s Community Vision to 2030.
