The Company

My client is an advertising technology business that specialises in display advertising. Their award-winning tech uses machine learning and recognition to detect when users are most likely to interact with ad campaigns and can tailor display advertising based on this.

They work with some of the biggest brands in the world including Coca-Cola, Mercedes, P&G, Microsoft, McDonalds and lots more, with their unique, tailored advertising campaigns achieving 20x average engagement an over 90% viewability.

Join as a Sales Director to kick start their amazing growth plans this year and selling across the biggest media agencies in London.

The Job

• Selling market leading solutions into agencies and expanding your media network

• Network to build your own portfolio for agencies and developing existing relationships
• Speaking with C-level stakeholders within agency groups

• Reporting back to the CEO directly and working alongside the senior members of the sales team to bring new revenue streams and opportunities
• Opportunity to build out the sales team further as the business looks to hire over 20 new heads in the next year

You

• Experienced and motivated salesperson with at least 6+ years agency sales experience (or relevant experience within an agency). Will also look at less experience than this for Senior Sales Manager openings
• Great understanding of the media landscape
• Experience selling digital ad solutions, or working within a digital agency
• Keen to work in a growing company to bring about new revenue and develop relationships
• A personable, positive and friendly individual who will be comfortable in a client facing role
