Our client, a pioneering contract publisher based in Central London, require an enthusiastic Advertising Operations Administrator. This is a permanent office based role.

The main duties of the Advertising Operations Administrator role are:

• Providing general administration support to the advertising team

• Uploading digital display adverts onto clients websites via Google AdManager

• Job posting uploads

• Copy chasing and proofing digital advertising

• Liaison with all clients on copy delivery

• Survey builds via SurveyMonkey

• Project Management of updates to media packs

• Create sales presentations, proposal templates and collateral in Powerpoint

• Collation of analytics from Google Analytics and other email service providers (ESP’s).

• Bi–monthly reviews of competitive press received by the sales team

• Html build to set formats

• Contract entry and order processing via proprietary CRM system

• Support in proofing limited magazine titles

• Any other ad hoc duties that may be required

Skills and experiences for the role:

• Proven experience working in an administrative role

• Some prior knowledge of media sales and associated reporting tools

• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)

• Excellent work ethic

• Willingness to learn and develop to broaden knowledge

• Well presented, confident and enthusiastic

• Team–focused and self-motivated

• Organised and efficient

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, Google drive etc.

• Ability to devise and maintain processes

• Highly organised, professional, and driven
